The Wigner Effect
A series on the entropy effects radiation has on all organic matter.
What is WIGNER EFFECT?
Changes in physical properties of graphite resulting from the displacement of lattice atoms by high-energy neutrons and other energetic particles in a reactor. It results in the building up of stored energy Wigner energy in the change of crystal lattice dimensions and hence in the change of overall bulk size.

“I doubt if you will ever find anything better to render death to an enemy than Wigner Dust. Fukushima is an industrial plant for creating the dust, the worse weaponized powder ever created, Wigner Dust with one exception – radioactive nano particulates; and the process of making this dust is enough to kill the entire planet, much less the continuous dust releases for thousands of years.”
– Laurens Battis, former Navy Engineer

Note: from RC: In February of 2014, we discussed ‘flying through fallout’ and the effect it has had on the health of pilots, flight crews, and frequent fliers since the Fukushima accident in Airline Anomalies Post-Fukushima. Following that interview, and in conversations with both pilots and nuclear engineers who reviewed our material, it became increasingly apparent that an even greater concern may be the compromised integrity of aircraft that have been flying through radioactive fallout for the past three-and-a-half years now six. So we embarked on a new journey, which involved charting the numerous aircraft emergencies and crashes post-Fukushima. We uncovered extraordinary scientific studies from weapons testing, nuclear labs, aerospace, previous nuclear accidents such as Sellafield and Chernobyl, and from the IAEA on accelerated metal fatigue and material science studies done in radioactive environments. We found similar data in regards to glass, electrical components, and computer systems. Discussions about how to approach this subject and its numerous complexities across multiple fields of science posed a unique set of challenges, and needed to be laid out carefully pre-interview so that people could easily digest this important information, regardless of their field of study. And, most importantly, keeping up with the ever-growing list of plane emergencies and crashes, and approaching each instance with a critical eye. This interview is the result of that investigation.
